Relatively Wordless Wednesday: Mini Chiffon Cupcakes

Lately, I have been really craving something cakey!  Whenever I get like this, nothing from the grocery store will do.  What I need is something homemade.  I remembered seeing a recipe by Alton Brown for cupcakes using a chiffon recipe.  I made a quick lemon-lime cream cheese icing.  A snap of Instagram later, and they are immortalized here forever.
