Starting Sept. 2, 2012, until I’m done, one post about my fabulous New York City 2012 vacation will post until I’ve finished sharing all the fabulousness with my readers. I have lots more on the horizon for NEB and my New York City posts need to complete before I can. I hope you have fun reading them.
While walking Manhattan on my fabulous New York City 2012 vacation, I snapped pictures of things here and there that intrigued me along the way. I’ve visited three Lego stores in the U.S. so far, and they never fail to amaze me. The imagination and engineering behind creating their grand sculptures is mind boggling.
Another mind-boggling part of the trip was my visit to B&H Photo Video, one of the top places I wanted to visit while in the city. I can describe the place in three words: amazingly organized chaos.
While walking the High Line, Feisty Foodie pointed out the Flat Iron Building to me. Such amazing architecture throughout the city.
I was tickled to discover the Ciao Bella store in the Upper East Side, a brand of frozen gelato that’s delicious and hard to find in Louisiana.
And I was amazed to discover another gelato brand that was even better: L’Arte del Gelato. If you’re walking for hours around the city and need a quick pick-me-up, a lemon gelato from either helps.
