This recipe from the March 2008 issue of Everyday Food is awesome.  It is “Mini Honey Mustard Meatloafs.”  Very tasty!  Go try it out if you haven’t already!!

    Crap! I just put a tray of mini-meatloaves in the oven. Wish I had read this about 15 minutes ago! I couldn’t think of anything new – so it’s same ol’ same. Maybe next time….
