This was my dinner last night. The side dish there is a bit of quinoa scramble (recipe written and coming on Friday). The protein here is chicken. They are mini chicken patties. And they were fairly tasty. The recipe needs a bit of tweaking though. Oh, and what are those bits in them? garlic and pine nuts.
And here it all is in a little container for today’s lunch. I’m going to show the process for these little darling patties sometime soon. Pictures are taken. They just need to be processed, uploaded, and the post put together. I’m hoping to do that this week. We’ll see how things go.
Be the bento everyone!

This looks wonderful Jenn! Let us know how you did the patties when you’re ready. They look great!!
Hopefully, I’ll be ready soon. Just a few more photos to deal with.
I’m not usually big into beef burgers, but chicken or turkey or etc burgers sound like a really good alternative… I think I’m going to have to start hunting down some recipes for basic burgers and figure out what to do so that I’ll like them in my bento. Yours just always look so good ^_^
Thanks Christine, but remember that sometimes, it’s the camera. LOL! My camera takes a great photograph, covering lots of food blunders.
But, I will say, I did enjoy these burgers!
LOL, I can imagine good photography covers a fair few food blunders. Your site has actually inspired me to get more into photography and try to get better at my own bento pics. And with all the tips it actually seems like I have a better handle on it ^_^
Lovely Christine. I’m glad to hear that! I’m always for spreading the photography obsession.
I just licked my monitor a little bit.

I understand.
That looks really tasty. My sister makes some mean chicken patties with a killer sauce. Email me and I’ll seed you her recipe… judithcruzan @ yahoo.com The sauce is what really make them.
Check your e-mail Judith! And I modified your comment by putting spaces in your e-mail addy. I don’t want any spambots to get it!
